What to do with the millennials

Perhaps its because I am mother to whom majority fall under the  classification millennials  (Generation Y, also known as the Millennial Generation,is the demographic cohort following Genreation X. There are no precise dates for when Generation Y starts and ends. Commentators use beginning birth dates from the early 1980’s  to the early 2000’s) or perhaps its because I am transitioning professionally and entering a career field outside of church… but this article has food for thought.
